Home Buying Seminar
Mary Hettinger and fellow realtor Chris Glahn will be holding a seminar to discuss the advantages to buying a home now. Some of the topics we will be discussing will be how to take advantage of the $8000 tax credit, qualifying for a home loan , and the overall home buying process. We will have a lender also on hand to answer any questions about mortgages.

Mary has been a Realtor since 1995 and was one of the first agents to join the Ann Arbor Michigan Office in 1999. In 1995 she won the Quality Service Award offered by her company at the time for outstanding service to her clients. She served 6 years on the Agent Leadership Council of the Ann Arbor market center and was director of the Social Committee for 2 years. She is a multi-million dollar producer and has won numerous awards. In 2003, she earned her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation. She has stayed on the cutting edge of technology and real estate trends. She regularly attends educational classes related to the real estate field to keep her skills sharp and on top of the market.
